The Forrester Legacy Challenge Rules

Here are the rules I decided to use. You'll see they're pretty flexible since my main goal, as always, is to enjoy the journey:

  • Start with 1 sim created in CAS;
  • Move onto an empty lot worth almost all available funds;
  • Create 10 or more generations;
  • From the founder to the last sim born, their given names will be taken from the most popular baby names in 2011, according to BabyNames.com. The founder will take the first #1 most popular name for females or males, depending on sim's gender; and
  • From the founder to each child born, lifetime wishes and traits will be taken from Carl's Sims 3 LTW guide, in alphabetical order.
  • Build cheats are allowed, as well as the ability to reset sims, but no money cheats are allowed.
  • Aging can be turned off and on, and lifespan for every age can be adjusted  at any time.

Following these rules:
  • My legacy family name will be Forrester.
  • The founder is Charlotte Forrester.
  • Charlotte's traits are: Ambitious, Family-Oriented, Green Thumb, Handy, and Loves the Outdoors.
  • Charlotte's lifetime wish is: Become a Creature-Robot Cross Breeder.
  • Charlotte has red hair, pale grey eyes, a fair complexion and slender body.
  • Her favourite meal is grilled salmon, favourite music R&B, and favourite colour black; she's a Scorpio.
  • Charlotte live in Anne Arbor, at 801 Timberland Road (large, empty lot worth 14,700 simoleons).
  • I decided to turn on aging:
    • Sim Lifespan: Epic, customized:
      • Baby: 3 days
      • Toddler: 7 days (1 week)
      • Child: 28 days (4 weeks)
      • Teen: 57 days (8 weeks)
      • Young Adult: 450 days (Epic max, 64 weeks)
      • Adult: 450 days (Epic max, 64 weeks)
      • Elder: 364 days (Epic max, 52 weeks)
      • Total Days: 1,359 Sim Days
    • Dog Lifespan:
      • Puppy7 days
      • Adult449 days
      • Elder47 days
  • Free Will: Off

  1. Transparency and fairness are central to recruitment agency operations. They ensure that job seekers are informed about their rights, job details, and contractual obligations, preventing exploitative practices.
